Impact of inorganic nitrogenous fertilizers and FYM combinations on plant height at various phases of rice growth and combinations on number of tillers per hill at various stages of effective tillers per hill during rice harvest (Oryza sativa L.)

A pot culture experiment entitled “Impact of inorganic nitrogenous fertilizers and FYM combinations on plant height at various phases rice growth number tillers per hill stages effective during harvest (Oryza sativa L.)” was conducted Institute Agricultural Sciences farm, Siksha ‘O’ Anusandhan (Deemed to be University), Bhubaneswar Odisha. sandy loam soil kharif 2018-2019. T1-Control, T2- 50% RDF, T3-50% RDF + @ 5 t ha-1, T4-75% T5-75% T6- 100% ( NPK 80:40:40), T7-100% ha-1 T8-150% RDF. laid out in a Randomized Block Design with three replications. results revealed that highest significant values were recorded respect parameters i.e., height, hill, yield attributes panicles panicle length, filled grains 1000 seed weight (test weight) the treatment received 5t ha-1. Combination (5 ha-1) lower levels (50 75% RDF) also registered higher increase above as compared application alone corresponding levels. Grain straw yields followed same trend nitrogen form (150 % including grain significantly than where +FYM ha-1was applied..
